After receiving your enquiry via email or phone, we discuss the nature of your business and how we can assist. From here, we undertake as much fact gathering as we need.

 

Next, we move to full scoping, which sees the commencement of a fee agreement. We provide you with a proposed timeline and fee structure, and we prepare the consultant agreement.

 

Once the consultant agreement is signed, we start working towards the agreed outcomes.

 

You’ll notice as we work with you, we work collaboratively - with your team and wider stakeholder groups as necessary.
